A former acquaintance of Lucas Fitzgerald, Harry Austin tracked down Lucas at his garage to give him some money he owed. Lucas, a former gambling addict, was surprised to hear that Harry had won the money in a poker game and, with a pregnant wife and huge debts piling up, Lucas was tempted to get in on it too when Harry offered to vouch for him. Harry met up with Lucas later, at the old radio station, where Robbo Slade was running the games. As Harry left, after another winning streak, Lucas thanked him and took his place at the table.

• Damien Aylward previously appeared in Neighbours in 2009, playing Johnno Brewer, and returned in 2023 as Senior Sergeant Thompson
