The agent for stripper Daphne Lawrence, Frank Barker would often call her with work offers. One day, he called to offer a last-minute gig, which she wasn't keen to do, but she agreed to think about it, and made a note of the address for his new office. This phone conversation was overheard by Rachel Burns, a teenager who Daphne was looking after, as she'd been having some problems with her parents. After later overhearing that Daphne might be moving out, an upset Rachel decided to run away, copied down the address of Frank's office and went to see him, claiming she was called Sabrina and that Daphne had sent her along as a replacement. Frank called Daphne, telling her that she really didn't need to send another girl along - and that this one looked a bit too young anyway. After getting a description, Daphne realised that it was Rachel, and along with Rachel's father, Ian, went to the office to collect her.
