An old gambling acquaintance of Frazer Yeats, Theo ran into Frazer at Charlie’s Bar one afternoon, and Frazer was quick to remind his old mate that he still owed him money. Though Theo was still unable to pay him back, he did offer to help him in a different way, giving him details of a rigged race that was due the next day. With Frazer and his wife, Rosetta, arguing over what to do with a $50,000 windfall they’d come into, Frazer began to wonder if a huge win would solve all of their problems, but backed out at the last minute, ultimately deciding to turn his back on gambling for good.
