After being kicked off her work experience at the law firm, Imogen Willis ended up working alongside Lauren Turner at Harold's Store. She quickly became bored of the work but after a while she started to respect Lauren and her place in the community, and even found herself enjoying learning some of Lauren's recipes. When an old man named Ron didn't have enough change to pay for his coffee one afternoon, Imogen explained to him that she couldn't offer a discount, but then Lauren came along and accepted Ron's money. When Imogen suggested that Lauren had been scammed, Lauren said that she knew Ron well, he was on the pension and she was happy to accept a little less money from him.
