As she left the house one day, Dipi Rebecchi was surprised to see a man outside, seemingly taking photographs of her home, 32 Ramsay Street. When she asked him what he was doing, the man, Vic Burton, explained that he was an estate agent and was acting on the orders of the house's owner. As he then went back to his car without offering any other information, Dipi was left worried that her landlady, Lauren Turner, was planning to sell and that she and her family were going to be made homeless, as they couldn't afford to buy the house. However, soon after, Dipi found out that it had actually been another of the house's former residents, Jane Harris, who had been researching her old home and had contacted Vic about it, as he was the agent who had previously sold it.
