After arriving in Erinsborough, blaming Paul Robinson for the death of his mother, Rafael Humphries looked for revenge by reporting Robinson Heights, the housing estate that Paul was building, for unsafe work practices. When project manager, Paul's daughter, Amy Williams, heard about what had happened, she arrived to find Paul with inspector Lisa Connolly, who was immediately unimpressed to spot apprentice Jayden working without a hard hat. As she completely her inspection, Lisa had found little else that was wrong, but she then spotted a passing truck which hadn't secured its load on the back, which could have proved extremely dangerous. As the driver insisted that he'd done everything properly and couldn't understand how the straps came loose, Rafael watched from a distance smiling to himself. However, Lisa then told Paul and Amy that they were receiving a warning but she wouldn't close the site down, though she would return in two weeks for a second inspection, leaving Rafael disappointed as he watched work resume.
