When Eileen Clarke started faking chest pains, in the hope that her son Des wouldn't join his friend and housemate Daphne at one of her stripping jobs, he decided to call her bluff and contacted Dr Murray to make a housecall. Eileen was amazed that the doctor could come at such short notice, but Des explained that it had been Daphne's idea to put the doctor on call, after Eileen's last bout of 'chest pains' and soon Dr Murray had arrived and given Eileen a clean bill of health. He asked her to come in and see him on Monday morning, while Des went on his night out, leaving Eileen furious and vowing revenge on Daphne.
