struggled to hide what they'd done and then David started receiving blackmail notes from someone who clearly knew what they'd done. As David arrived at work
at the hospital the next day, he passed colleagues, including Nadia Pedersen and Hannah Forrest, in a daze, unsure if any of the people around him could be
the person sending the threatening notes.
