Following the difficult premature birth of her baby Chloe, Carmella Cammeniti was forced to spend several days apart from her daughter, who was recovering from breathing problems in the neonatal unit. Eventually, Carmella was told that Chloe could spend the night in her room, and nurse Peter Hart came to check that mother and baby were doing OK. Once he’d gone, Chloe’s grandmother Rebecca Napier came out from behind the curtain, where she’d hidden so that she could spend the night there with them, helping Carmella through the new experience.
