Work colleague of Stuart Parker, Trent was Stu’s main competition for a promotion. When Stu’s unhinged girlfriend Sindi Watts found this out, she decided to eliminate the competition and borrowed Susan Smith’s car, donned a dark wig and sunglasses, and knocked Trent from his mountain bike. Although Stu was suspicious, Trent’s description of the driver soon put him off the scent, and it was several weeks before Sindi’s problems became clear and she admitted everything.
