After receiving a promotion at Lassiters hotel, then having it taken away when the other staff complained about Robinson family nepotism and went on strike, Harlow Robinson was determined to get her job back. After learning that assistant manager Chloe Brennan was secretly arranging for staff to have free drinks at the Waterhole and the Flamingo Bar, Harlow kept the secret and decided to join in herself. She approached barman Kevin Irving and asked for her free drink and, although initially sceptical, Kevin handed it over when Harlow explained that she was no longer part of the management team and wasn't going to spoil things for everyone. Unfortunately, as Harlow was doing this, hotel owner and manager Terese Willis walked in and overheard. Whilst Terese was taking a phone call, Chloe arrived and quickly managed to cover the situation, telling Terese that, as Harlow had been working so hard lately, she'd promised her a couple of free drinks after work.
