In 2021, paramedic Travis Kellog attended to police officer Yashvi Rebecchi, when she was involved in a car crash whilst in pursuit of criminals Nelson Ryker and Mitch Foster. He then wheeled her into hospital with a head wound and signs of internal bleeding. The following year, Travis was one of the paramedics on the scene when a fire broke out at Erinsborough High. He took Mackenzie Hargreaves to the hospital with severe smoke inhalation, as well as suspected internal bleeding.

At Christmas 2023, Travis was called out to 32 Ramsay Street when Holly Hoyland fell into the pool whilst trying to fish out a Christmas tree that had been knocked in during a party. As part of Holly's dress got caught on the tree, she struggled to get free and was being choked, until Haz Devkar noticed what was happening and jumped in to save her. A few months later, Travis was the paramedic called out when Krista Sinclair became trapped in the sauna at Lassiters hotel and passed out. As Krista was six months pregnant, there was an added layer of worry as she was helped out of the hotel and into the ambulance.

Later in the year, Travis brought Gino Esposito into the hospital - Gino had collapsed after helping the other residents at retirement complex Eirini Rising following a gas leak. Although Gino recovered quickly after being kept in overnight, he then suffered a mild heart attack the following morning. A few weeks later, Travis brought Cara Varga-Murphy into the hospital when she fell off a ladder onto jagged metal guttering, whilst working at Lassiters hotel. As Travis did the handover with Dr Remi Varga-Murphy, she was horrified to see that her wife was bleeding out.
