After asking his dad Max to buy him a pair of trainers, Boyd Hoyland was disappointed when he was given a knock-off pair, which Max had bought from his business partner, dodgy dealer Lou Carpenter. Desperate to get rid of the trainers, Boyd had almost convinced his friend Josh that they were real, when the deal was interrupted by barman Connor O’Neill, who gave the game away, and Josh walked away from the deal.
