As he arrived with a delivery at Eirini Rising, courier Adam Loh approached Susan Kennedy, believing that she was one of the residents of the retirement home. As he said that it looked like a great place and that Susan was lucky to live there, she quickly corrected him, explaining that she was actually the operations manager. This, coupled with an incident later that day when Susan was knocked over by a group of students and struggled to get back up, made her start to question her mortality.

Trivia Notes
• Adam's shirt showed that he was working for Pinders' Couriers, a company set up by Craig 'Pinhead' Pinders and his father, Graham, and first shown on screen in 1999
