When the Flamingo Bar was destroyed during a storm, its manager, Amy Greenwood, learnt that there were no plans to rebuild it and that she was out of a job. Not wanting to have to worry about losing her job again, she responded to an ad from a man named Eddie Martinelli, who was selling his food truck. Amy met with him and initially tried to claim that she'd been looking at a few other trucks, but he played her at her own game by saying that he had other people interested. Realising that he wasn't going to drop the price of $25,000, and with his insistence that the truck would definitely make money and that she could be her own boss, she agreed to buy it, but told Eddie that she'd have to spread the payment across a couple of credit cards.
