After a CCTV video of him having sex with the hotel tennis coach ended up online after his computer was hacked, Zac Willis was hopeful that nobody would recognise him as his face wasn't shown, but he started finding that hotel guests were blackmailing him for freebies and upgrades. Rather than risk his bosses finding out, he quit his job at Lassiters in Darwin and moved down to Melbourne, where a job as Assistant Manager had been advertised at Lassiters Erinsborough. Zac got the job, but soon found that he couldn't run from his past, as guests including Joel Pitt and Kat Mattheson made veiled comments about the hotel having a tennis court and calling him 'Coach' in order to get free spa treatments and room upgrades. When Elle Robinson overheard Zac giving in to Kat's demands, he was forced to open up to her about what had been going on.
