As he struggled to get over the death of girlfriend Britney Barnes, Leo Tanaka found himself trying to run his vineyard and be a single father to baby Abigail, not willing to accept help from anyone and looking for someone to blame for the accident that killed Britney. With a big even planned at the vineyard, which could bring in much more business if it was a success, Leo arrived to find employee Glen Donnelly insisting that he could cope with everything and that Leo should focus his time and energy on Abigail. As they were talking, another member of staff, Ben McNulty, approached them and explained that one of the delivery drivers had dropped a crate of wine. With the branded wine bottles the main reason that the client had agreed to the event, an already stressed Leo was forced to drive back to the city and pick up some extra bottles from Lassiters hotel.
