When mining magnate Janine Morgan was admitted to Erinsborough Hospital, nurse Georgia Brooks quickly recognised her, but was reminded about patient confidentiality by her Nursing Unit Manager, Carol Crane. Later that day, as Carol was meeting with Georgia and Dr Nick Petrides, to discuss a complaint Georgia had made about the doctor's conduct, there was soon another matter to discuss. Carol received a call to say that Janine had put in a complaint about Georgia, who had apparently posted a message on her Facebook page about treating Janine, which had gone viral and had even started to affect share prices. Georgia insisted that she'd never do anything like that, and handed over her phone, with Carol immediately spotting the message on the Facebook page, and, as he left the room, Nick could barely conceal his grin.
