Desperate for money to pay for their wedding, Beth Brennan and Brad Willis joined Rick Alessi in his new scheme of organising kids’ parties. When Rick's mum, Cathy wouldn’t let them hold the parties at the Coffee Shop, deeming them too noisy and off-putting for other customers, they moved things to a theme park. As the day drew to a close, everyone thought it had been a success, until Rick tried to gather up all of the kids and grabbed a couple of girls, Talia and Sofia Musumeci, who didn't belong to his group. They promptly started screaming and he realised, as they ran to get their mum, that they were not members of his party. Mrs Musumeci announced that she was going to make an official complaint, as Rick's behaviour was disgusting, and it promptly brought the children's party business to a crashing halt.

• Sylvie Fonti returned later in 1993 as Mrs Starvaggi, the second time she played the mother to Leah De Niese
