When Tom Kennedy, suffering from dementia, went to stay at the Carole Harvey Memorial Nursing Home, he was cared for by nurse Ursula Noonan, who kept his family up to date whenever they came to visit him. During his first visit to his step-grandfather, Zeke got annoyed with Ursula, when she explained that Tom loved porridge for breakfast, telling her that he preferred boiled eggs, and becoming upset, thinking that Tom's condition had got worse, though later realising that he was in the best place.
