Struggling to keep the secret that her fiancé Kyle Canning had been diagnosed with testicular cancer, Roxy Willis started snapping at customers whilst at work at The Flamingo Bar. When one of the customers, Seth Okaine, complained that there was no alcohol in his Bloody Mary, Roxy finally lost it and said that she wasn't going to fall for a trick like that, telling Seth that he could leave if he wasn't happy. When manager Amy Greenwood then intervened, she offered Seth a replacement drink, but he said that he would rather go elsewhere. As Roxy continued to insist that Seth was trying to con her, Amy told her to calm down, at which point Roxy walked out.
