The only sibling of Lyn Scully, little was known about Marnie O’Rourke. It was once mentioned by the girls’ parents Connie and Henry O’Rourke that they had interfered in Marnie’s life, as they had innocently done to Lyn, and received a dressing down for it. Three years later, it was discovered that Lyn was not Connie and Henry’s real daughter, but was actually born to Connie’s sister, Valda Sheergold, making Connie her aunt, and Marnie her cousin.
