Tanya Parcell was one of the angry locals who attended a meeting about a proposed new shopping centre in Erinsborough in 2011, and later that year, she was also a member of Susan Kennedy's book group, attending a meeting at 28 Ramsay Street. In 2012, Tanya was working at the hospital and found that a patient with no insurance had been given blood tests by nurse Aidan Foster - covering up for Andrew Robinson, who was desperate to keep his epilepsy diagnosis a secret. Tanya asked Aidan about it, and he lied that the patient was a tourist, annoying her in the process.
