When Libby Kennedy won the award for Best Feature, for her piece QuizShow: How To Be A Star about Lance Wilkinson’s exposure of corruption on a radio quiz, the award was presented by Tony Partridge. Whilst mingling afterwards, Tony told her about a job that had come up at The Chronicle newspaper for a youth affairs reporter. Although Libby applied for the job and was given it, when the editor found out that she was pregnant, she was suddenly rejected, resulting in a long court case.
