When Erinsborough High was broken into and the computers in the labs vandalised and destroyed, principal Susan Kennedy was devastated, though her friend Ruth Wilkinson, a member of the school’s PTA, pointed out that the insurance would cover it, so they could replace the old, slow computers for newer models. Unfortunately, when insurance assessor Irwin Perry turned up later that day, he explained that although the incident would be covered on their insurance, the computers were not included on their policy, so they wouldn’t be receiving any payment at all.
