After arriving to post some letters, Sonya Rebecchi irritated the postman, Steve, by asking if she could just hand them to him, even though he wasn't supposed to take letters directly from the public. He then spotted that she'd missed off the postcode, and grew impatient when she asked to borrow a pen, then asked him for the postcode. Whilst all of this was going on, Sonya's back was turned long enough for criminal Robbo Slade to move the pram, containing baby Nell, around the corner, in the hopes of intimidating her into dropping out of being the key witness to one of Robbo's crimes.
