A small-time criminal used by Dennis Dimato to do his dirty work, Warren Stacks was responsible for kidnapping Paige Smith. The kidnapping was a set-up by Dimato and Michelle Kim, as revenge for the role Paige had played in getting them put in prison the previous year. Having led Paige to believe that Dimato had been hitting her and had arranged for her to be kidnapped, Michelle thought that everything was going to plan, until the police started circulating a photo of Warren, as he'd shown his face to Paige whilst holding her hostage. Dimato and Michelle then met up with Warren to warn him about his mistake and, after Warren had gone, Dimato said that he'd make sure that he was dealt with.
