Finding herself caught between a serious relationship with Kyle Canning and a fling with married Mal Kennedy, Jade Mitchell was at Charlie's, thinking things through, when she spotted happy young couple Jess and Joe at the bar. She then decided that she'd be more comfortable with the no-strings fling with Mal, and called him to meet her outside the bar.
