After Estelle Petrides had a serious falling out with her daughter, Terese, she was spotted by Terese’s partner, Glen Donnelly, sitting outside The 82 tram cafe one day. When waitress Viv Young took the bill out to Estelle, then went back inside the tram, Estelle quickly took the opportunity to do a runner, as without Terese’s financial help, she was unable to pay. As Estelle disappeared down the road with her suitcase, Glen quickly stopped Viv from calling the police, offering to pay Estelle’s bill as well as his own order.
