Believing that her boyfriend Declan Napier didn't want their baby and had skipped town, Bridget Parker decided to have an abortion. Her friends Rachel Kinski and Donna Freedman went with her for moral support and, after sitting outside for a while, she went in for her appointment. Rachel and Donna, meanwhile, were desperately trying to get in touch with Declan, knowing that Bridget was hoping he would arrive and stop her. As Bridget's appointment began, Donna pretended to pass out, as a stalling tactic, but Declan still didn't arrive, and Bridget left the clinic, explaining that she had to return for her second appointment the following week. Happily though, Declan then arrived, telling Bridget that he wanted her and the baby.
