Rebecca Napier shared this house with her son, Declan. It was whilst living here that she was contacted by Oliver Barnes, the son she'd given away to the wealthy Barnes family over 20 years earlier. As Oliver came back into her life, so too did Richard Aaronow, the father of both her sons, who had raped her, resulting in Declan's conception. Having spent most of her adult life running away from the man, a fearful Rebecca made plans to leave Melbourne, but was convinced by boyfriend Paul Robinson to stay and move in with him instead.

The house had an open plan living area with a corridor leading off to the bathroom and bedrooms.

Trivia Notes
• The set used for the Napier interior was a re-jig of those previously used for Libby & Drew's flat and Karl's apartment, and later re-used for Carmella's apartment
