Home to electrician Darren Stark, his girlfriend Libby Kennedy and Libby's young son, Ben, this house was located in the Victorian city of Shepparton. Libby and Ben moved here in 2004 to live with Darren, and they were often visited there by her parents, Karl and Susan.

Though seemingly happy, Libby and Darren's relationship was strained, as she struggled to forget about her late husband Drew and turned down Darren's marriage proposals and attempts to adopt Ben. When Darren got close to neighbour Lynda Stephens, they began an affair and, when Libby found out - having already been cheated on twice by Darren in the past - she packed up some of her and Ben's belongings and headed back to Erinsborough. Within a couple of months, Darren had convinced her to take him back, but when she found out that he had kissed Ramsay Street resident Janae Timmins, it was the final straw and the relationship ended for good. Soon after, Libby took her best friend Steph Scully to Shepparton, where the estate agent needed her to pack up her belongings for the sale of the house. Though Darren was away on business, Libby did find herself confronted by Lynda, who made it clear that Darren had only strayed because Libby had been so distant with him.
