After hearing from Lucas Fitzgerald that Sonya Mitchell was leaving Erinsborough for Perth, Toadfish Rebecchi headed over to her house to see her before she left, but was disappointed to find the house empty.

After Sonya paid a visit to Toadie to say goodbye, Stephanie Scully felt guilty that Toadie was about to lose the love of his life in order to keep the true paternity of her unborn child a secret, so raced over to stop her from going by revealing that her relationship with Toadie was a sham.
