Erin McNaught
Played: Sienna Cammeniti
Appeared: 2008-

Erin was born on the 22nd May 1982, Canberra, Australia.

A former Wildlife Biology student, Erin’s modelling career took off when she won Miss University 2005. One year later and she was crowned Miss Australia, earning her the honour of representing Australia at the Miss Universe awards. Although Erin couldn’t repeat her success on the world stage, her appearance at the 2006 Miss Universe beauty pageant was shrouded in controversy after the revelation that she had posed “topless” for men’s magazine, Zoo Weekly. Furthermore, more fuel was added to the fire when US tycoon Donald Trump, who owns the rights to world beauty pageants, appeared alongside Erin herself, on The Late Show with David Letterman on the eve of the pageant finale.

After the debacle of the Miss Universe awards, Erin gained notoriety in the modelling industry. However, this propelled her to international stardom and more and more lucrative modelling contracts kept coming her way. She has regularly appeared in men’s magazines over the years and is also the face of WISH Fashion Label’s Spring-Summer collection.

Erin is a big poker fan and has made several appearances on Network Ten’s Joker Poker. She also took part in the 2007 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix Celebrity Challenge race. In early 2007, Erin became the new host of Network Ten’s CyberShack. A show that road tests the latest in consumer electronics, gadgets and games.

Despite having little acting experience, Erin joined the cast of Neighbours in December 2007, landing the role of Cammeniti cousin, Sienna. Her first few days on set were featured in Channel Five’s documentary about Neighbours moving from the BBC to Five.

During her career, Erin has earned the nickname ‘McNaughty’. In 2008 she became the new face of an extensive advertising campaign for Cockatoo Ridge Winery. However, there was to be further controversy for Erin as some of the slogans for the racy advertising campaign included, “She loves a cockatoo” and “McNaughty but nice”.

Erin is passionate about the environment and recently became an ambassador to the Big Switch campaign. She is currently dating Sydney Roosters rugby league football player, Braith Anasta.
