Born in Melbourne on 4th June 1983, Eve Morey majored in drama and media studies, whilst undertaking a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Deakin University. Eve also completed a foundation course at the Victorian College of the Arts. Eve's first television role was in children’s series Pig's Breakfast in 1999 which led her to be accepted into the National Institute of Dramatic Art when she completed high school in 2000. Eve continued to perform in a number of theatre productions for Sydney Theatre Company and the Melbourne Theatre Company.

In 2007, Eve played Gina Quinn in an episode of All Saints, following a brief guest role as Paige in Home & Away. She then joined Neighbours in 2009, in the recurring role of guide dog trainer Sonya Mitchell. In August 2010, it was announced Eve Morey had been promoted to a regular cast member. Eve has also ventured onto the silver screen - 2009 saw Eve play Blonde Girl in the short comedy film, Blind Date. The following year, she played Evie in Hobby Farm.

In 2013, Eve suggested to the Neighbours producers that they feature the issue of eating disorders and body issues in teenage girls, and in the months that followed, the topic was tackled with the characters of Imogen Willis and Josie Lamb.
