Lilly Van Der Meer, from Queensland, was born in 1999.

Prior to her role in Neighbours, Lilly starred in a range of commercials, modelling shoots, short films and workshops.

During 2013 and 2014, Lilly appeared on the stage in productions of Ivy Shambitt and the Sound Machine, Alice in Wonderland and Hairspray.

She has also appeared in Terra Nova (2012), Camp (2013), Black Betty (2013) and Off Track (2015).

In late November 2015, Lily was announced to be playing Xanthe Canning, Sheila Canning’s granddaughter and the half-sister of Kyle Canning. She made her first on-screen appearance in January 2016.
