No 22 - Living Room: Elle leads Lucas into the living room covering his eyes, she wants to surprise him with holiday brochures.
No 30 - Living Room: Dan is looking at his laptop wondering what to do. He picks up his mobile and calls Lucas.
No 22 - Living Room: Elle and Lucas are talking about Steph, the garage and going on holiday, when Lucas hears his mobile. He is unable to find his mobile in time.
No 30 - Living Room: Dan leaves a message for Lucas to call back.
No 22 - Living Room: Lucas attempts to call Dan back but Elle won't let him. She says if he won't go on holiday then she'll have to bring the holiday to him and leads him upstairs to the bedroom.
No 30 - Living Room: Dan tells Libby he has to go and see Lucas but won't say why. He leaves the house.
No 22 - Bedroom: Elle and Lucas are kissing in the bedroom when the front door is loudly knocked. Both ignore it hoping the person will go away but instead the front door opens and they hear Dan's voice. Lucas tells his brother he's busy and asks if he'll come back later but Dan makes his way upstairs. Realising Elle is in the bedroom, Dan asks Lucas to come downstairs.
No 22 - Living Room: Dan shows Lucas a still taken from the CCTV camera showing Johnno tampering with the Parkers' car. He goes to show Lucas the CCTV but they are interrupted by Elle so go to view the CCTV footage at the garage.
Carpenter's Mechanics: Dan is showing Lucas the footage, Lucas is unconvinced it is enough though as it doesn't actually show Johnno carry out any work on the car. Dan tells him he has to use his imagination as Johnno disappears for a long time beside the car. Dan tells him they "need to go to the cops, tell them everything." Lucas is reluctant to do this as this means that Didge's death is his fault. Dan tries to tell him otherwise but Lucas doesn't seem to believe this.
No 32 - Living Room: Libby is on the phone leaving a message for Dan as she's wondering where her husband is. Ben and Callum are playing a game, Callum is desperate to play a video game and it's obvious he is bored. Callum decides to go to his room, as he goes past the door there is a knock. It's Kate and Sophie wondering if Callum and Ben want to go to theirs for a sleepover. Ben doesn't want to go but Callum agrees and he and Sophie leave the room to pack his stuff. Kate tells Libby she thinks Callum has a "C-R-U-S-H" on Sophie. Ben tells them "no way" as "girls are gross!"
No 22 - Driveway: Lucas and Dan arrive back. Lucas is struggling to think of a way to break this news to Elle, he's frightened she'll leave him. Dan leaves him with the footage and asks Lucas to call him in the morning. Dan leaves Lucas to tell Elle but offers to help him tell the others.
No 30 - Living Room: Libby is lying on the sofa when Dan arrives back. She asks him if Lucas is in some sort of trouble but Dan doesn't reply to this.
No 22 - Bedroom: Elle is trying to find out from Lucas why Dan barged in. Lucas tries to tell her that Dan has a problem.
No 30 - Living Room: Dan tells Libby he can't tell her what Lucas' problem is. Libby understands.
No 22 - Bedroom: Lucas is still trying to persuade Elle that it's Dan that has the problem not him. He tries to tell her that it's nothing and that Dan is a drama queen. When he and Elle then kiss and cuddle in together it's obvious that Lucas is worried, very worried.
No 24 - Living Room: Callum and Sophie are virtually asleep whilst watching the film. Kate and Harry try to tell them that it's time for bed. Sophie and Sophie head off to bed, when she's shaking a duvet for them, Callum starts to see Kate as a mother-type figure, Kate notices that he's looking at her strangely and asks him what's wrong. Callum asks for another hot chocolate. Sophie looks at her sister, jealous that she's now getting Callum's attention.
Harold's Store: Lucas is standing in there, thinking, when Elle appears. Lucas admits that he's worried about the garage, Elle tries to convince him that everything will be ok. She leaves him and walks over to Ben and Dan who have just walked in. Dan goes over to join his brother, Dan works out that Elle doesn't know what trouble Lucas is in. He leaves Lucas in no doubt that Elle must be told by "this 'abo'" before Dan takes things further.
No 24 - Living Room: Callum walks in when Kate is ironing, and, noticing that he has a damaged shirt, she offers to sew it. Callum is impressed by this. Callum, Sophie, Harry and Kate sit down to breakfast and for once, Callum eats healthy cereal.
Carpenter's Mechanics: Lucas is viewing the CCTV again when he's interrupted by Elle. He manages to shut the laptop before she sees it. Elle wonders why he wanted to see her, Lucas looks as if he's about to tell her about Johnno but he bottles it and he tells her that he thinks they should go on holiday immediately. He tells her that he'll write an affidavit to Steph supporting her innocence. Elle is wondering what's brought this on, Lucas tells her that he's just realised that she is right. He tells Elle that he loves her more than anything in the world.
No 24 - Living Room: Ben, Sophie and Harry are in the living room waiting on Callum. Kate comes out of the spare room and introduces Callum complete with a new cape. As Callum and Ben heap praise on Kate for her work, Sophie makes a gagging gesture and is evidently annoyed. She mimmicks Callum when he leaves for school. Harry points out to Kate that Callum has a crush on her.
Harold's Store: Libby bumps into Elle at the store and asks her how Lucas is. Elle replies fine and asks her how Dan is. Elle lets slip htat she and Lucas are off to Europe for a month. Libby tries to tell her that Lucas has to be here with everything that's going on with the garage. Elle tells her that Lucas is writing an affidavit to support Steph's innocence.
Erinsborough High - Classroom: Dan is busy working when Libby walks in wondering why Dan didn't tell her. Libby mentions that Elle told her and Dan assumes she is meaning the tampering of the Parkers car and tells her that this is good. Libby (who is of course talking about the holiday) fails to see why this is good news. It's not until Libby mentions "taking off into the sunset" that Dan realises that they are talking about two completely different things. Libby tells him that Lucas and Elle are flying to Italy - tonight. Dan tells her that he has to go and leaves immediately before Libby can say anything else.
Carpenter's Mechanics: Lucas is just shutting up, putting a notice "closed for business" on the shutters when Dan pulls up. Lucas tries to explain to Dan that he's written Steph an affidavit to back her up, Dan says this is not good enough, that Lucas will need to stick around to back this up. Lucas tells Dan that he has also made a copy of the CCTV footage and that will be handed over to the appropriate people. Dan tries to persuade Lucas to stay, tells him that he will stick by him, but Lucas isn't listening, he thinks this is the only way he can keep Elle. He tells Dan that he is leaving his motorbike in Paul's garage and drives off on the bike.
No 22 - Living Room: Lucas arrives home and finds Elle struggling downstairs with suitcases, she's packed for him. Elle mentions that she bumped into Libby before who seemed to think that they should be staying, but says that she set Libby straight on that matter. Lucas mentions that he's handed over the affidavit to Dan to hand to the police. Elle starts to suspect that something is wrong especially when Lucas tells her that Dan is going to hand in the affidavit to the police once they've left for their holidays. Taking her hand, Lucas starts to admit the real reason why Dan came around. He tells her that Dan got some CCTV footage from Grease Monkeys and it shows someone tampering with the Parkers car. He tells Elle that the person tampering with the Parkers car did so because they thought the car belonged to him. Elle asks why, Lucas admits that he owes Johnno money, gambling debts. He admits that Didge died because of him.
