• Imogen watching as Lauren gives a customer, with only a little money, coffee and says its nice to help people from time to time
• Gem giving Josie a dressing down for correcting her in class
• Gem telling Susan that Josie was exaggerating; Susan telling Kate that she has no choice but to take Gem's word for what happened
• Georgia storming out of Number 26 following a confrontation with Kate, who had suggested that Georgia may not be able to see the other side to Gem

No 26: Kyle brings a cup of tea to Kate on the sofa as she recounts the confrontation with Georgia. Kyle suggests that Georgia perhaps misunderstood what Kate was saying, but Kate denies this. Kyle sits down and reassures Kate that her and Georgia will sort it out, as they are such good friends. As he does so, a knock comes from the front door. Opening it, Kyle finds Georgia, who invites him to the movies. She adds that Gem is also going as Kyle shows her into the house. Seeing Kate on the sofa, Georgia heads off to wait outside. As Kyle and Sheila come in from the kitchen, Kate ignores Kyle's advice and follows Georgia out, saying how silly the whole situation is.

Ramsay Street - No 26 Driveway: Outside on the driveway, Kate catches up with Georgia saying how she thought they were friends. Georgia says she doesn't want to take sides and asks if Kate has a problem with Gem. Kate says she hasn't, personally, but explains that at work she has issues. Georgia replies that Gem would not deliberately hurt someone, and suggests that Kate is threatened by Gem. She then asks Kate to consider she may be wrong, but Kate fires back that perhaps Georgia should consider that she is telling the truth. Georgia says that unless Kate can keep her opinions to herself, they have nothing left to talk about. As she heads off, Sheila comes out and tells Kate that Kyle filled her in and perhaps she should give Georgia space. Sheila highlights how people react to their family, and points out to Kate how she would feel if someone had a go at Harry or Sophie. Sheila then says that it would be best for Georgia to find out the truth about Gem by herself.

Harold's Store: Terese congratulates Imogen for good customer service as she sees Imogen tell a customer that she hopes his mother is feeling better. Terese asks Imogen how her work is going, and Imogen explains how welcoming Lauren is and how she has learnt cooking tips in the process. Lauren comes out of the kitchen, and tells Terese that she is delivering some food to Lassiter's restaurant. Lauren asks Imogen to hold the fort and adds to Terese that Imogen is alright. Lauren heads out, telling Imogen that when she gets back she will teach her how to make a batch of caramel slices. When Imogen bustles off to continue working, Terese looks a little put out.

Lassiter's Hotel - Reception: Lauren arrives to see Amber dealing well with a customer. Amber explains how great Terese is as a mentor, and gushes about how Terese has so many departments to manage and that she keeps it going like clockwork. Lauren goes to hand over the tray of food that she brought, and Amber points her to the conference room, barely taking notice of it. She rushes off, busy with jobs left by Terese, leaving Lauren standing there.

No 32 - Kitchen: Lauren is on the laptop at the table on a website discussing life goals and five-year plans. Meanwhile, Matt is looking at his portrait, produced for the exhibition and now hanging on the kitchen wall, asking if Lauren thinks that Bailey would mind if he took it down. Lauren says she is not sure, before leaping up when Amber comes in, pointing out how she has found a great website.

No 22 - Back Garden: Terese is trying to light the barbecue when Brad arrives and asks what she is doing. Brad wonders why she is home, and Terese reports that she is allowed an early finish once in a while.

No 32 - Kitchen: Amber worries that she is in trouble as Lauren talks to her in detail about the website and how it helps you to set yourself goals. Lauren explains she isn't, and that it's just something she thought that her and Amber could do together. Amber says she will check it out later, but that she told Josh that she would hang out with him, and heads off.

No 22 - Back Garden: Still at the barbecue, Terese tells Brad she dropped in on Imogen, and explains how much Imogen is enjoying the work experience, what with getting on so well with Lauren and Lauren teaching Imogen how to bake!

No 32 - Kitchen: Lauren is standing thoughtfully in the kitchen; Matt asks her what is going on. Lauren laments how she saw Amber at Lassiter's earlier, and how amazing Amber thinks that Terese is. Lauren states that, the revelation of how great Terese is, proves that Amber sees her as a "mumsy doormat". Matt denies this, saying Terese is half-robot under her frocks!

No 22 - Back Garden: Terese looks frustrated as Brad has to get the barbecue working for her. She admits to feeling slightly inadequate, because of how Imogen talks about Lauren. Terese adds that she is worried that Imogen has missed out on motherly things, and Brad reassures her she is a great mother, and doesn't care whether she can bake or not.

No 32 - Kitchen: Matt is reassuring Lauren that there are a tonne of things that she is great at, that Terese would not have a clue about. When Lauren asks what, he points out she runs the best café in the suburbs. He turns to the portrait of himself that he has been staring at for a while, and tells Lauren that it has never looked right hanging up in the kitchen. Lauren thanks Matt, and when he asks what for, explains that she has been reminded to finish something she started and that she reckons its something that Terese cannot do.

No 32 - Kitchen: A little later, Lauren is sketching, telling Matt that, although they lost the sketch of their old house, she wants to replace it with what she is currently drawing: a portrait of Matt.

No 30: Georgia, Gem and Kyle arrive, discussing the movie they have just seen. Kyle admits a few alien spaceships would have made the film better, and wonders why Gem wasn't keen on the movie, even though it was a romantic comedy. Georgia worries that she chose a movie that made Gem relive hurtful memories of her ex fiancé, and Kyle reassures her, saying that if Georgia wants to give Gem some space, she can head over to Number 26. Georgia admits she doesn't really want to, but Kyle offers to go straight to his room, if she wants to avoid Kate. Georgia says it wouldn't feel right and says she will stay with Gem, kissing Kyle goodnight.

Dingoes Den Gym: Matt and Brad are working out. They discuss how Lauren and Terese were both put out over things that Imogen and Amber had said. Matt sarcastically says he loves how people can twist a compliment, and Brad agrees that Lauren and Terese are good at it! Matt suggest that he and Brad leave Lauren and Terese to sort it out, but Brad says he couldn't bear Terese cooking every night, particularly as he is accidentally burping garlic chicken around the gym. Matt says, therefore, that there is only one thing they can do.

Harold's Store: Imogen and Amber. Are carrying coffees discussing their work experience. As they sit down, Josh arrives, sliding behind the table and kissing Amber as he does. Josh asks Amber if she is free the following day to give him moral support at an interview he has to go along to. As they kiss again, Imogen offers to head off and leave them to it. Amber discusses setting Imogen up on a date, but Imogen curtly replies that she is not to, under any circumstances. At that moment, Amber and Imogen both receive a text from their dads, asking them to call them as soon as possible.

No 26 - Lounge: Kyle and Bossy are watching the TV, when Kate appears, wiping tears from her eyes. Kyle tells her that he thought she had gone out, and when she collects her reading from the lounge table and refuses an offer of watching the TV, notices how upset Kate is. Kyle explains that Georgia will come round and not to worry.

No 30: Georgia and Gem are sharing a bottle of wine and Georgia apologises for the choice of movie. Gem says she enjoyed trashing the movie, so it wasn't all bad. Georgia asks Gem if there is anyone special in Gem's life away from Erinsborough, and Gem admits there has been no one since Georgia left. Kyle arrives, wanting to speak to Georgia about Kate and reluctantly, Gem goes to check her emails elsewhere in the house. Kyle explains how upset Kate is and suggests Georgia go and see Kate. Georgia says that Kate crossed the line, but admits she is not entirely happy with the way that things are at the moment. Gem barrels in, giggling about how she has spilt wine all over herself; Georgia jumps up to get a cloth and as she leaves, Gem asks Kyle if Kate sent him over. Kyle says that she didn't, but Gem wonders that Kyle and Kate must be very close seeing as he has come across on her behalf. Kyle explains that he and Kate are just friends, and though saying that she is kidding, Gem does not look entirely convinced.

No 32 - Kitchen: Amber arrives as Lauren has just framed the sketch she has completed of Matt. Amber asks Lauren if Matt ever found out that she had drawn Brad, and Lauren explains he didn't, because Matt didn't need to know. Amber tells Lauren that she got the sketch exactly right and Lauren admits she is happy with the finished result. Amber suggests Lauren could sell her sketches, though is forced to admit that Matt had given her instructions to say that, when Lauren asks. Amber says how much Imogen is raving about her, pointing out how Lauren is loved by the customers and how much fun she is. Lauren walks out smiling, saying that she is glad Imogen is enjoying herself.

No 22: Imogen brings a cup of coffee to Terese and tells her that Brad explained Terese was upset with the things Imogen said about Lauren. Terese admits she was thrown by what Imogen said, because she has never been a stay at home mother. Imogen admits it would be weird if Terese was hanging around baking cakes and ironing underwear all day and adds that, just because she is having fun with Lauren, it doesn't mean that she wants Terese to be like Lauren. Imogen explains that she likes Terese the way she is, leaving Terese looking pleased.

Charlie's: Matt and Brad are congratulating themselves on averting a crisis. Brad says that he had to offer Imogen two weekend driving lessons to convince her to have a heart to heart with Terese. Matt replies that he had to tell Amber he'd take her shopping for her to do the same as Imogen. They share a toast, saying "Happy wife, happy life!"

No 26: Kyle returns, and bumps into Kate in the dark, who is coming in from the back garden wrapped in a towel. Kate apologises, as she thought everyone was out, and asks Kyle if he thinks Chris is ok, as he has once again gone out clubbing. Kyle brushes her fears off, and tells Kate instead that he can't get involved in the argument between her and Georgia as Georgia is his girlfriend and he needs to be there for her. Kate wonders why Kyle is saying this, as she points out to him that she hasn't asked him to take sides. Kyle admits he went over to Number 30 and that Gem questioned why he was so worried about Kate. Kate asks if that means he can't have friends any more, but Kyle says he isn't saying that: he just can't get into the middle of things any more.

Power Road - Junk Shop Exterior: Matt spots Bossy and Sheila, who is sifting through the wares of the emporium, looking for some artwork. She picks out Lauren's sketch of the house in Mount Isa. Sheila wonders why it is in the shop, and Matt admits he has no idea as it went missing from the Father's Day exhibition. Sheila, who has only seen the side of the picture with Brad, says that it is such a good likeness and she would miss it from her wall if it was no longer there. Matt, who can only see the side of the picture with the house asks Sheila what she means when she says that the short hair looks really good. Matt turns the sketch round to reveal the side with Brad on it: Sheila heads off, wondering aloud which side of the portrait Lauren really wants to keep. Matt stares at the sketch, looking thoughtful.
