Taye gives Sadie some love dice for her birthday... Beverly believes that Remi has amnesia and her brain has chosen to shut out memories of Cara due to
trauma... Beverly can't confirm if, or when, Remi's memories will return... Krista says that Paul doesn't like any of her idea for the hotel... Terese tells
Krista about her money problems... Karl is interested to hear who Paul is bringing back to Erinsborough with him... Wendy suggests that Andrew should go and
check on Holly... Holly catches Andrew watching her from the bushes... Holly demands to know if Andrew cares about her or not...
As Andrew stands in stunned silence, Holly takes this to mean that he does care for her and he doesn't want to admit it. He replies that he's just a
concerned friend and she's reading too much into it, but she isn't convinced, asking why he hid in the bushes if there's nothing more to it. He says that
he just didn't want it to look like they were more than friends, so she asks that everything just return to the way it was before - no more awkwardness and
no more hiding. Andrew reluctantly nods.
..

Later, in the Lassiters office, Krista is confused about what Paul is up to and Terese struggles to shed any light on the situation. Krista says that Paul
is flying in from New York and his mystery companion is coming from Manchester, and Terese assumes that they're just co-ordinated their arrivals, though she's
unsure why Paul is bringing this person with him. The mystery is solved as Paul walks in with Annalise Hartman. Terese introduces herself and Annalise says
that Gaby has always spoken very highly of her. Krista then introduces herself too, and Terese explains that Annalise used to live on Ramsay Street and was a
filmmaker. Annalise tells them that Lucy helped her to get into the hotel business and she's now the Assistant Manager of the Lassiters hotel in Manchester.
They talk about how that hotel won the Bronze Bell a couple of years earlier, with Paul chiming in that he's hoping she'll do the same for the hotel in
Erinsborough. Krista is surprised to hear all of this and asks for a word with Paul.
In Krista's office, she tells Paul that he should have run all of this past her before making a decision. He says that he felt like it would be easier to
explain in person, so she then points out that he'd already asked her to come up with suggestions to pitch for the Bronze Bell. Paul tells her that they
needed someone with a proven track record, so Krista then asks how Annalise was able to come at such short notice. Paul claims that she was about to go on
leave, so the timing was perfect, and that it was actually all Lucy's idea. As Krista realises that Paul has an answer for everything, he tells her that
she's going to love Annalise, as she's like a 90s version of her, to which Krista just rolls her eyes.
..

At the Waterhole, Sadie is upset that Byron still hasn't told her that he's leaving. Taye points out that they're probably part of the reason why Byron is
leaving, as he's upset about them getting together, and Sadie agrees, though she just wishes that she wasn't hearing it second hand. Taye admits that between
Byron and Remi, his emotions are fried, and Sadie asks how Remi is doing. Taye explains that she still has no memory of Cara and the whole situation sucks.
Leo then comes in and thanks Sadie for looking after Abigail earlier, saying that she's raving about the princess palace they built together. He notices Taye
looking upset and asks if there's any change with Remi. Taye just shakes his head, so Leo tells him to just ask if there's anything he and Krista can do.
Once Leo has gone, Sadie suggests that she and Taye could do something the following day to cheer him up a bit.
Back at the Lassiters office, Krista asks Annalise how she ended up going from the film industry to the hotel industry. Annalise explains that Lucy
recommended her to the team at Lassiters Manchester about ten years ago, as her ex-husband didn't like all the travel that was involved in her previous
job. Terese picks up on the use of the word 'ex-husband' and Annalise tells her that she recently separated from Sam. Paul then abruptly changes the subject
to the Bronze Bell, looking to Annalise, who says that she wants them to bid to host the Worldly Gems Jewellery Expo. Terese is impressed, but wonders if it's
going to be possible, but Annalise says that her sister, Jo, knows some of the people involved and has already put a good word in, so she's hopeful. Paul
tells Krista that they've scheduled in a call with the organisers for the following day and Krista smiles through gritted teeth, saying that it's wonderful
that Annalise has joined them.
..

The next morning, Holly is at work, setting up the tables outside the Waterhole, when she sees Andrew sitting nearby. He says that Wendy is inside getting
them some takeaway coffees and jokes about how he's just looking around for somewhere to hide, so he can keep an eye on Holly again. He apologises again for
his behaviour, just as Wendy returns with the coffees. Holly suddenly feels awkward as she sees Wendy and Andrew together and she asks about their plans for
the day - Andrew says that, other than visiting Remi later, they don't have anything on. As Wendy talks about how her husband deserves a chill day, Andrew
quickly says that he's been working a lot and Holly looks worried.
Later, Annalise is standing in the middle of the Lassiters complex, looking around and reminiscing, when Aaron spots her and goes over to introduce himself.
He asks if it still feels like home and she admits that it does, telling Aaron about how she used to work at the Waterhole - and she's glad they changed the
name back from the Scarlet Bar - and she also worked at the cafe. Krista joins them, saying that it must be nice for Annalise to be back and Aaron asks them
about the jewellery expo. Annalise tells him that she'll need to speak to him and the rest of the Waterhole staff, as she needs to know if her plans for the
bar during the expo will be feasible. He heads off to gather everyone, as Krista asks what she can do to help, looking perturbed as Annalise tells her that
everything's under control.
..

Andrew and Wendy are walking by the lake and she sees a message from Sadie, who wants the house to herself for the rest of the day. They assume it involves
Taye but decide that they don't want to know what she's up to. Andrew then asks his wife if she's heard anything else about the storeroom incident and she
says that she hasn't, but is thankful that he asked. He apologises for not being very attentive lately, she appreciates this, and tells him that Jane has
requested some information from Saskia's previous school, so they might be able to find out a bit more about her behaviour. As they sit down, Wendy receives
a message from a colleague and realises that she's going to need to go over to St Kilda to drop off some paperwork, as a jealous Holly watches them both
from a distance.
At no. 22, Terese is trying to make Paul see that Krista has every right to be put out by all of this, struggling to understand why he brought Annalise
in with no consultation. Paul tells her that he had to act quickly to secure Annalise's help, but Terese still thinks it's strange that he's suddenly so
fixated on the Bronze Bell when he's never mentioned it before. He explains that he heard Lucy talking about it in New York, to which Terese reminds him
that he was meant to be switching off from work and having quality time with the kids. He says that he did - he helped Andrew and Tash to paint the nursery -
but he's always been very ambitious about the hotel too. Terese asks if he's going to make any time for her now that he's back and he promises that he will,
though he then has to rush off to work on the pitch for the Worldly Gems Expo. Terese looks disappointed as he kisses her and goes to leave, so he asks if
there's anything else on her mind. Terese tells him that it's nothing that can't wait so he kisses her again and leaves, as she makes a call to Rhett, asking
if there's any news on the sale of Power Road, looking unhappy at his response.
..

At no. 26, Sadie is all dressed up and answers the door to a very happy Taye, telling him that he's going to need some stamina for what she has planned.
He pulls off his shirt but she tells him to slow down, suggesting that they try out the love dice he bought her for her birthday. She hopes it's going to
be enough to cheer him up, but she quickly realises that the dice are missing from her bag. Thinking it's part of the game, Taye starts searching for them
but Sadie tells him she's serious, suddenly realising that Abigail was playing with her bag when she was babysitting earlier.
At the Lassiters office, Paul and Annalise are looking at a photo of Jim, and she admits that she still feels guilty about her mum leaving him to die and
stealing his money. Paul insists that Annalise isn't responsible for Fiona's actions, which she says sounds a lot like something Helen would have said. As
they reminisce about Helen and her wicked sense of humour, Krista walks in, irritated to see that they've been working on the pitch without her. She wants
to make some suggestions, but Paul says that it's all under control, with Annalise adding that they just need to add some images of the hotels and then it'll
be finished. As Annalise heads off for her meeting at the Waterhole, Paul can see that Krista is upset and tells her that she'll still be a part of the video
call later. She isn't pleased to have that small crumb thrown at her and walks off, leaving Paul looking pleased with the tension he's creating.
..

Outside the Waterhole, Aaron joins Annalise and tells her that he's gathered all of the staff inside, except for Holly Hoyland, who isn't answering his
calls. Annalise isn't impressed as Holly then appears, calls her 'Anna' and tries to shake her hand whilst eating an apple, and she warns both Holly and
Aaron that they'll need to raise their game if the hotel is going to win the Bronze Bell. As Annalise goes inside, Aaron asks Holly why she was late and
why she bailed on her shift. She apologises, claiming that Bowman's presence is getting to her, and Aaron tells her that they really need to impress Annalise.
A little later, in the hotel reception, Krista asks Annalise how her meeting went. Annalise mentions that it went well but there are a few bad apples,
saying that someone like Katrina Marshall wouldn't last five minutes at Lassiters Manchester. Krista explains that Katrina is annoyed at missing out on a
promotion, but is a little bit irritated when Annalise offers to give her some tips on managing difficult staff. She then hands over some photos of the
hotel complex for the expo pitch and Annalise isn't too impressed, asking for the original files so she can photoshop them. When Krista then asks Annalise
about how all this came about, as it was quite the coincidence that she was about to go on leave when Paul contacted her, she contradicts his story, saying
that she had to arrange the leave after Paul got in touch, as he claimed that it was an emergency.
..

In the penthouse, Taye and Sadie have been looking around for the love dice, claiming that Sadie lost an earring when she was babysitting earlier. As Leo
heads off to the cafe with Abigail, they ask if they can check in the cubby house, so Leo tells them to just let themselves out when they're done. When they
still can't find the dice, Sadie looks panicked as Taye suddenly wonders if Abigail has them with her.
Out in the complex, Terese has joined Leo, Krista and Abigail as they walk to Harolds, with both Terese and Leo telling Krista that she needs to stand up to
Paul over this business with Annalise. As Abigail starts to complain that she's hungry, Leo takes her inside, as Krista and Terese sit down. Krista doesn't
understand why Paul is behaving like this, as her own ideas for the Bronze Bell pitch weren't that bad, and she then asks if Terese has told Paul about her
money issues and her plans to sell Power Road. Terese explains that she tried earlier but it wasn't the right time, and that she's spoken to Rhett, who's had
no interest in the sale of the land. Krista is surprised by this and Terese says that she'll talk to him later, but the main priority is Krista sorting out
her own issues with him.
..

At no. 26, Holly arrives looking for Sadie, slightly taken aback when a shirtless Andrew, preparing to get in the spa, answers the door. He tells her that
Sadie was meant to be at home but her plans changed for some reason, and Holly explains that she's had a bad day and needed to talk to someone. Just then,
Wendy arrives back through the back door and so Andrew quickly joins her, telling Holly that he'll let Sadie know that she was looking for her. Holly then
stands outside the front door looking upset, as a distracted Andrew makes small talk with his wife.
At Harolds, whilst Leo is getting a drink, Taye and Sadie walk in and spot Abigail sitting alone, playing with the dice. As Taye distracts Leo with talk of
the missing earrings, Sadie goes over to Abigail and asks for the dice, but the little girl refuses to hand them over. Sadie offers to buy her a muffin, but
gets no response, so she offers to build her a bigger princess palace instead. Abigail says that she wants that and the muffin, and Sadie smiles and agrees
to the deal. Abigail hands over the dice and Sadie says that she seems to have inherited her grandfather's negotiating skills. She then goes back over to
Taye and apologises for the way the day has gone, though he says that he's had a lot of fun - and she's about to get some new earrings.
..

Annalise is sitting outside the hotel and she opens up her laptop to watch the 2005 documentary she made about Ramsay Street. She smiles as she watches
Melanie, Hilary and Jane, but her mood changes when she sees estranged husband Sam, and she closes the laptop in frustration.
..

As Paul puts his photo of Jim back down on his desk, Krista marches in and demands to know why he lied about the circumstances around Annalise joining
them from Manchester. He admits that he did pretend that there was a crisis at the hotel, but only so that Lucy could arrange the time off. Krista points
out that he completely undermined her in the process but he says that he believed that she would appreciate having an extra pair of hands to help. She then
reminds him of the great time they had in Italy and how she felt that their relationship had come a long way, so she wonders why he's disrespecting her like
this. He points out that Annalise is a great asset, though Krista admits that she can only see someone who's running their own race. As Paul describes
Annalise as a perfectionist, Krista snaps back that she's condescending and borderline rude, as which point the woman herself walks in and overhears.
Krista apologises, as Annalise says that she's just doing the job she was hired to do. Paul then suggests that they can all move past this, but is shocked
when Paul women tell him that they can't...
