When Rachel and Zeke Kinski tracked their missing sister, Katya, down to a nearby medical centre, the Stanning Rehabilitation Clinic, they were convinced that she was a patient there. Arriving at the clinic, they approached a nurse, Nicole Baxter, to ask if she knew Katya, but she refused to give out any patient information. Unable to leave without finding Katya, Rachel started screaming and making a scene, at which point Nicole called another nurse, Catherine Sangmu, for assistance, and Rachel and Zeke were both shocked to realise that it was Katya.
