Already sick of receptionist Caroline Perkins, Lassiter's hotel manager Terese Willis was in for a surprise when she went to Charlie's bar and asked barman Anton Bridges for the hotel's account, so she could settle it. Terese was furious to find that Caroline had been charging back her lunches to the hotel, and was even more annoyed when hotel owner Paul Robinson didn't seem to see any harm in it.
