After losing his driver’s licence, plumber Max Ramsay was forced to hire an apprentice, but when Terry Inglis arrived from the agency, and turned out to be a woman, he told her that her services were not required. Instead, he spoke to a mate, who explained this his son, Peter, was looking for work. Max immediately hired him, but only moments after arriving, Peter explained that he couldn’t drive, as he too had lost his licence whilst drink driving. A furious Max told him to go away and never come back.
