When Stephanie Scully started dating Marc Lambert, the new assistant manager of Lassiter’s hotel, he took her for dinner – in the kitchens of the hotel. Steph was impressed as Marc introduced her to head chef Andy Cooke and, after they had laughed at his name, Marc explained that he had worked for Andy as a kitchen hand for a year. Marc then set up a table for them at the end of the kitchen, and Steph had a wonderful time dining on rabbit and was amused as Andy and Marc made a bet, with Andy blindfolded and guessing wines.
