When senior dress shop assistant Melody Jones was rude to teenagers Bridget Parker and Rachel Kinski, who were shopping for outfits for their school formal, they returned home to told Bridget’s mum, Miranda and Aunt Nicola. The four of them then returned to the shop and took great delight in only dealing with junior shop assistant Jane Cosi, who received a large commission when they bought a dress each, while Melody scowled in the background.
