When
Janae Timmins and Boyd
Hoyland made plans to get married, they quickly realised
that neither of their families were taking the matter seriously,
so instead, they went to the registry office behind their
backs. Since she wasn’t old enough to marry without her mother’s
permission, Janae used a fake birth certificate and, once
at the venue, the forms were checked by clerk Rory Grainger.
