When Matt Hancock decided to flout the rules and enter the Barmaid Of The Year contest, judge Geoff Hillier was shocked to arrive at Lou’s pub and find that ‘M Hancock’ was a man. Despite being unhappy with the situation, Geoff observed Matt at work and was suitably impressed. One small glitch came when Matt’s friend, Flick Scully, who he had a crush on, was forced to pretend to be an amorous customer, so that Matt could show how he would deal with the situation. Nevertheless, Matt ended up winning, but was left disappointed by his prize – a full hair treatment at A Good Hair Day salon.
