With Steph Scully, the owner of The Flametree Retreat, away for a few weeks, Amy Williams had been left in charge and, in an attempt to drum up business, she was persuaded by Elly Conway to invite notoriously fussy social media influencer Petra Jabour to come and visit the retreat. The plan appeared to have been a disaster, with Petra being rude about everything, unimpressed by the efforts of chef Gary Canning to make healthy versions of comfort food. But Petra's negative review soon had a positive effect on business, as her many online haters started getting in touch to book tables, deciding that if Petra hated it, then it had to be good!
