When Carmella Cammeniti, with no previous experience, took over as editor of All Her magazine, the staff found it extremely difficult to cope with her. Having finally had enough of their new boss and her complete lack of understanding in the job, they all signed a petition and walked out. Margot presented the signatures to Carmella, and warned her that changes would have to be made before they considered returning.
