After getting off to a bad start with each other, Charlie's barmaids Tash and Sheila made a bet to see whether Tash's youth or Sheila's experience could bring in the most tips for the day. After Sheila managed to get plenty of extra money out of a group of senior citizens, Tash challenged her to try with a more difficult target - a young guy named Matt who'd been sitting on one drink all afternoon. After approaching Matt, Sheila noticed a photo on his phone, asking him if it was his girlfriend. He explained that she was his ex, but she'd left him to go backpacking, and Sheila offered him a hug and some sympathy, explaining that her grandson had been through a similar experience but had survived it and moved on. Matt gave Sheila a $5 tip and Tash was forced to concede defeat.
