When Sonya Mitchell agreed to teach some local primary school children about the plants at her nursery, things seemed to be going well until one of the chickens escaped from the coop. Young Jamie was terrified and started to cry, and with the teacher on the phone, Sonya had to overcome her bird phobia to capture the chicken, receiving a round of applause and a hug from Jamie for her efforts. A few months later, Sonya attempted to fill in as Santa when her boyfriend Toadie almost missed his appearance to hand out presents to the kids at Charlie's. Jamie quickly realised that Sonya wasn't really Santa when her beard fell off, but was delighted when the real Santa, aka Toadie, arrived moments later.
